Cooking Instructions:

*Cook product from frozen.  

Air Fryer: 6-8 Minutes at 400 F. To achieve a crispier result, brush, spray, or toss with 1 teaspoon of oil.

Bake:  425 F for 18-20 minutes.

Pan Fry: Preheat 1/2 inch il to 350 F.  Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.

LEMON BROWN BUTTER ROLLED SOLE WITH SCALLOPS & CRAB

You don’t have to do too much to our Rolled Sole with Scallops and Crab to make a complete and delicious dish. In fact, with seafood this succulent, all you need is a simple sauce to bring your meal together. Our favorite: this rich and creamy lemon brown butter sauce, which brings in just the right amount of brightness for an unforgettable—and totally foolproof—main dish. Serve the Rolled Sole alongside your preferred sides, such as roasted veggies or a fresh salad, or serve atop a plate of parmesan risotto for a meal so good you’ll swear it came from a restaurant.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pieces of Rolled Sole with Scallops and Crab
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • Juice and zest of one lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. When ready, bake Rolled Sole with Scallops and Crab for 18 to 20 minutes, or until flaky and fully cooked.
  2. While Rolled Sole is baking, add unsalted butter and minced shallot to a small, light-colored skillet over medium heat. Whisk frequently until butter browns and the shallot is soft—about 3 to 4 minutes. Butter will have a nutty aroma when it’s ready.
  3. Remove browned butter and shallot mixture from the stove. Add in lemon zest and juice, plus a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste and add more seasoning if needed. When Rolled Sole is ready, pour lemon brown butter sauce over the fillets and enjoy.
